Parts – Overnight Delivery to Keep You Up and Running
When you need to use your tractor and time is of the essence, especially if it’s an income producing situation, waiting for days for a part is not an option. We understand and are committed to doing everything we can do to get you the parts you need as soon as possible.
To provide rapid response we maintain a plentiful supply of parts in inventory at our headquarters in Battleboro, NC. Then, when needed, dealers can quickly find and order the parts using our state-of-the-art online parts ordering system.
If your tractor is “down” and not running, we have a prioritized “Down Unit” order process that provides overnight delivery to our dealers for orders received by 1 pm ET. And in the rare event we do not have the part in stock; we will go the extra mile by getting a part from a unit in our own inventory so we can get you back up and running as fast as possible.

We back all our tractors with a 5 year limited warranty. We can do this because of our confidence in the durability of the components we use and the quality of our manufacturing process. But should the need arise; you can rest assured we will take care of you and your tractor.
